CHARACTERS (S) denotes solo singing

PUSS (S)

14 years.  Female or Male.  Confident, a little conceited and cheeky

HENRY (S)

Male 16 Years +.  A Dreamer, a poet, with no direction in his life.  He finds himself in ridiculous situations due to the manipulative cat.

PRINCESS MILLICENT (S)

Female 14 years +. Sickly sweet and angelic.  Very fond of poetry.

THE PRINCE/KING

16 years + Bombastic and loud.  Determined to find the right suiter for his sister/daughter.

MIRANDA – LADY IN WAITING

13 years + Bright and energetic. Together with the cat, they scheme there way through the story to a suitable end.

TESS/MARY/SALLY/JEAN

10 YEARS +. These roles are fun.  they work with the cat, acting in part as narrators.

VOICE OF OGRE VOICE OFF CAN BE PLAYED BY THE PRINCE OR HENRY

VILLAGE CHILDREN AND ENSEMBLE CHORUS ROLES FOR CHILDREN AGES 7 YEARS +

ALL APPLICANTS 10 YEARS AND OVER ARE REQUIRED TO BRING BACKING TRACK FOR SINGING AUDITION. SONG CHOICE SHOULD BE MUSICAL THEATRE OR DISNEY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT BACKING TRACK WITH VOCALS.

PRODUCTION FEE

Single Cast Member $40.00

This fee includes a script for
the cast member, a rehearsal CD, rehearsal refreshments and a DVD of the Production.

Family Cast Fee $50.00

This fee includes a script for each cast member, a rehearsal CD, rehearsal refreshments and a DVD of the production.
